Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges of goods are carried out in accordance with legislation and the provisions approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 854 on the rules for retail trade in alcoholic beverages dated 30.07.1996, as well as in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic products of proper quality are not subject to return.

In case that defects or improper quality of the product are discovered, the customer has the right to:

• Replacement of the product with an identical one
• Replacement with another product with recalculation of funds
• Refund of money

For a return, the customer is obliged to provide a document confirming the purchase in the online store; the document must indicate the date of sale of the goods.
